I’m 32. I began playing guitar aged 8. My dad was an old rock n’ roller and turned out to be a fabulous teacher. I was 11 when I played my first gig.
Through my twenties I played in lots of bands, singing and playing guitar. Two of the bands did pretty well, becoming about as big as you can get in my local area. We won national battles of the bands (god I hate those), gained endorsement deals (I currently endorse Orange Amps and Rotosound Strings) and released two studio albums, a documentary and an EP. I suppose what I’m saying is: I have a lot of live experience.
